Placing an order at Bleis Madrid

How should I clean my Bleis?

The best way to clean your Bleis suit is through dry cleaning, so the clothes are not submerged into water. To avoid the clothes from shrinking, colors to be altered, or the shoulder pads to deform, we strongly recommend you not to damp them. 

Can I place an order when an item is out of stock?

When your favourite item or size is out of stock, we will offer you the chance to order it and you will have it with you within 10 to 15 days, whenever it is possible – as we need to check the fabric and other materials’ stock
We do not accept cancellations or returns when placing a made-to-order purchase.


Where can I try a Bleis Madrid suit on?

We usually take part in trunkshows so you can try all our models on and buy the ones you like.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will keep you updated so you know when and where our events are happening! Easy said! 

Can I exchange an item?

You may exchange any unworn item within 30 days after the reception of your package. 

You must fill in the form in your Bleis account, letting us know that you would like to exchange an item and specifying which product and size you need. 

After receiving your form we will arrange the collection of the item you wish to exchange and the new shipping. 

How do I know which size is mine?

You may check the Size Guide located on every product page, including the measures for each size. By taking your own measures, you ensure the item will fit to your body. figure

Your Bleis Account and Orders

How can I have my own account?

Creating an account at is fairly simple. You may start the process by click on ‘My Bleis’ and then ‘Create Account’. You will need to insert your user name, your email and a password.
You may also create your own account after placing an order by simply inserting your email and password when you fill in all the fields with your personal information. 
You will receive a welcome email when your registration is successful. 

What benefits do I get when I create an account?

You will always be up to date before anyone else, you may also check your Order History and your shopping process will also be much quicker. You may download invoices and request your returns and refunds directly from your account. 

My personal information is wrong, can I change it?

You can change any personal data by login into your MyBleis account. You may now click on ‘Address’ or ‘Account Details’ depending on the fields you wish to modify.


Can I return a pre-order?

Preorders do not accept refunds. However if you wish to return your item you shall receive a voucher worth the price you paid to be used whenever you want.  

Is it possible to cancel an order?

At Bleis Madrid delivery times are of outmost importance, hence as soon as we confirm your order it is automatically processed by our warehouse. Should you wish to cancel an order, you must send us an email as soon as possible to

What payment methods are accepted?

In Bleis Madrid you may easily pay with your credit card and PayPal.

Shipping & Returns

Is it possible to return an item?

Upon the reception of your package you may request the return and refund of your product within the following 15 days. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.

The product must be received in the same conditions they were delivered to you: unworn, unwashed and without any alterations at all. Tags and accessories should be in perfect conditions too. 

To return an item, you should log in to your account by clicking on MyBleis. You should know look for your orders and then you will find our returns form. 

Once we receive the form, you may prepare your package to be sent back to us. Please place the items in its original packaging and seal it properly so it can be safely transported. Then stick the delivery label on top of the box. 

You have the right to desist or request a return writing to or by filling the returns form by login into your account “Orders” MyBleis.



When will I get my order?

To Spain (Mainland) shippings take 24-48 hours. For Balearic Island and Canary Islands the shipping estimated time is 48-72 hours. 
To Europe our shipping takes 3-5 days, and for worldwide shipping outside UE 7-10 days. 

Please note that the same products from an order may arrive in different shipped packages.
